Cancellation Policy
At Alderra Outdoor Services, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, on-schedule service for every customer. Please review our standard booking policy before scheduling: 1. Scheduling: All appointments are confirmed once booked through our website or by phone. Service dates may adjust slightly based on weather, workload, or job conditions. We’ll notify you promptly of any changes. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge to cover lost scheduling time. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for free. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a $20 fee. 3. On-Site Requirements: Ensure our crew has clear access to the service area (driveways, gates, etc.). For hauling or yard services, please remove personal items and vehicles from work zones before arrival. 4. Pricing: All pricing varies by job size, materials, and conditions. Estimates are provided prior to service, and any changes will be discussed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. 5. Safety & Weather: For snow and ice removal, safety comes first. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may delay service temporarily until it’s safe to operate equipment. 6. Payment: We accept all major payment methods. Invoices are issued electronically, and payment is required within 24 hours of completed service unless otherwise arranged.
